Our new map is out! The map is updated with all of our current shops and restaurants and has a brand new cover, pictured to the right. As the map reflects, Columbus Avenue has an astounding 18 new shops that opened this year, with a few more we can’t wait to reveal. The fact that we have so many new openings was highlighted in a recent article in Real Estate Weekly, which you can see HERE.

The entire map can be seen anytime on our website, by going HERE. Maps have been delivered to those who requested them. If you didn’t ask for maps, but would like some, please feel free to stop by our office to pick them up. We also have "Hate Has No Place Here" stickers (pictured below right) available for anyone that is interested. Just let us know  Please call first to make sure we’re here: (212) 877-2678.

Avenue Spotlight

Introducing TAP NYC, our newest cafe and eatery!

TAP NYC is Columbus Avenue’s newest café and eatery and we are thrilled to have them in the neighborhood! TAP NYC’s goal is to highlight the Brazilian delicacy, tapioca, and introduce the exciting ingredient to New Yorkers who may not have tried it. Tapioca, made of pure cassava, is naturally gluten-free, and offers many health benefits.

TAP NYC’s menu features a wide selection of tapioca crepes with sweet and savory fillings, as well as delicious coffee and tea (including matcha), acai bowls, salads, and other Brazilian treats. Everything on the menu is gluten free. The café’s interior is warm and inviting and the staff is always willing to help you find a tapioca crepe you are sure to love! And once you are hooked, you can buy TAP NYC’s tapioca to make your own crepes at home.

We are happy to have another wonderful café in our neighborhood that is perfect for any time of day. TAP NYC is located at 267 Columbus Avenue, between
72nd & 73rd Streets. Learn all about TAP NYC here.

Storico Unveils Fresh Look and Menu

As we edge into the fall season, the Upper West Side regional Italian eatery Storico is pleased to usher in some changes that will add new energy to the local restaurant scene — as well as its home in the revered New-York Historical Society

Already known for a commitment to inventive menus and locally sourced produce, Storico executive chef Julian Alonzo has created a collection of new offerings that draw on seasonal inspiration — from a lunchtime avocado toast with quail egg to a dinner entree of parsley linguine with a medley of briny clams, hot red pepper, and pancetta.

Storico strives to be a dynamic go-to culinary destination for those who live and work in the area, and an attractive amenity for visitors to the Museum. Learn more at storicorestaurant.com.
